Submitted a CV and cover letter, after two weeks got invitation to an interview (was asked to prepare to talk about a recent project that I've completed). During the interview they gave an overall introduction about the company, then I had to present the project to two senior engineers (around 20 mins) and then the technical question session began: various multithreading issues, algorithms (in C resembling pseudo-code, i.e. they're not bothered if you miss a semicolon) and some software design issues.
However, everyone was really supportive and the inside atmosphere in company is great; they'll push you, but they'll also give you a hand when you need it.
