Interviewed Sep 2009 (took 2 weeks)
Interview process was actually fairly painless given you won't talk with recruiting much. You will talk with the people you will be working with and for very early in the process. If you know how to do the work you are being hired to do and stay positive, but not evangelistic, the interview process will be very painless. You must be able to explain how you would opperate in an atmosphere with little to no structure.
Directors, Sr. Managers, and middle management are very competent and highly skilled. They are also the most overworked. Reasons below.
Keep it very simple with executives. More so than you would with another company's executives. Company is dealing with some serious leadership shortfalls now, but that is changing.
