I was given everything i was promised and I was put to work within a week of being told that I was hired. Through out the process they keep in touch with me and gave me up dates on when i could start work and where I had to go for training.

Phone interview at the first round, and then you're selected to take the 1-on-1interview, but you have to go through 2 to 3 people before they have reached a decision. The larger the company is, the longer wait time is. But it was worth the wait, the company is great, and the boss is very nice as well. All you need to do is to be professional and ALWAYS try your best and exceed your own and other people's expectations.
