I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Workplace Options in December 2009.
Interview Details – Interview was with 2 members of the team seeking candidates. Both were very professional and considerate; very conversational style. Questions were well-focused on the necessary skill set for this particular position--limited general discussion about the company except for candidate-initiated questions. A very limited phone interview preceded the face-to-face interview. Interviewers were very open and accommodating of candidate questions, they were both straight-forward with their responses--not a lot of "corporate speak." There was no post-interview follow up or additional correspondence. Overall, their interview process is quite professional and very respectful toward the candidate.
