This was probably the most informal interview that I ever had. Literally, I was recruited into the position. The interviewer and I sat down together and basically he was doing all the talking. It wasn't much of a mutual conversation. The message seem to be, join my team and we will make profit. Think of it as an upside down pyramid: whenever you as the financial sales representative make profit, your team leader will receive a percentage of that.
