I got the interview through a family connection to one of the managers of the place. It was a fairly simple interview with no hard questions. Simple discussion of background and future goals.

Negotiation Details
None - it's an unpaid internship. It was very easy to negotiate hours/days of the week though, because I believe they have a 15 or 20 hour limit on internship working hours so they don't have to pay them

The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
