At Home Customer Service Representative Interview (Positive Experience; Average Interview)
I applied online and the process took 4 weeks - interviewed at World Travel Holdings in September 2012.
Interview Details – It took 4 weeks before I received any communication, then things went fast. Initial contact made via e-mail. I was told to expect a call from a recruiter within 48hrs. Got the call to set up first interview the following day. During the interview, I was told if I was selected for the second interview, I would hear back within 24 hrs. I did get a call the next day to schedule a second interview.
Interview Question – Give an example of a time you dealt with a difficult customer. How do you gain the trust of the customer ( by always doing your best to help and always following through on your commitment to the customer) How do you deal with an irate customer. ( By listening and resolving the issue to the best of your ability.) Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I was told the starting salary, and pay raise schedule. .50 after 6 months, .50 more after 18mos. And incentives, but I don't know what those pay. Starting salary is $11 per hr. 401k, medical, dental, vision, and paid time off after 6mos
