I applied through other source and the process took 4 weeks - interviewed at WorleyParsons in September 2010.
Interview Details – Was contacted by phone after I responded to a newspaper ad. I was traveling in another city than the hiring location, so a phone interview was conducted. Was asked a week later to attend an interview by a 5-person panel, where I was able to ask my own deeply probing questions. The candid answers I got helped me form a positive impression of the company.
Interview Question – Describe a time when you went over and above the "call of duty" to achieve a work goal. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Since the offered salary was significantly higher than what I was earning at the time, I accepted the offer after turning down an even higher offer at another firm whose answers to my questions I found unsatisfactory.

The hiring manager is very sharp and reads people very accurately, and I was very well qualified. Job offer was made and received the next day.
Interview Question – Pretty straight forward questions that dealt with the responsibilities of the position being interviewed for. No difficult or unexpected questions were asked. Answer Question
