Interviewed Nov 2010 in Monrovia, CA (took a day)
I was introduced with the department manager via e-mail by a former co-worker who had been offered a position but turned it down. The interview consisted of me meeting with the department head and the group supervisor and chatting about my resume, the position, and the company for about an hour. Due to the fact that every project has different requirements for bringing people on, it can take a while to get approval. From the time I interviewed to the time I was given an offer was about 7 months. If the people like you, they will try to get you on board even if it isn't right away.

Negotiation Details
I was given an offer and didn't negotiate but I really should have. My best advice to anyone would be to always negotiate, even if they have met your minimum with their first offer, negotiate.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Farnborough, Hampshire, South East England, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
The interviewer seemed quite low down and was talking informally to me as a peer. She spent the hour attempting to dissuade me from applying as there would be too many administrative work. Final result: rejected as overqualified. I don't understand why I had to attend to the interview if they already had this conclusion in their mind. I also don't understand why they were recruiting a qualified accountant, at a qualified rate for an administrative position.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 3 days)
I obtained the position because I worked there previously. Nepotism and fraternity goes a long way in this organization.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
I was able to negotiate marginally. Essentially they gave me $1500 more than I asked for so that negotiations would be minimal. They already knew how much I made from previous employment there.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Houston, TX (took a day)
Got a call from a recruiter and said they want me to go in for an interview for Associate Estimator position. The interview was oddly easy with the supervisor and two staffs in that department. They didn't ask me any questions like "why would you like join the company?" "what make you to join our department?" etc. Instead, they just described what is the job about like what it posted on the career board site and a lot of talking that doesn't really seem like an interview.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Dec 2010 (took 2+ weeks)
company is good, 3 people interviewed me, and they are all nice people, questions were easy, it's more like they want to know who are you and are you a fit to the company. Right after the interview, I kinda know I have the job, since I asked some questions that will hint that way.

Interviewed Aug 2008 (took a day)
Was shepherded by an HR person to interviews with several people around the office, including a supervisor whom I had met at the open house, plus a phone interview with the department head in Pennsylvania. Nobody asked any really hard questions. It was somewhat informal, but not unprofessional. Did not get a call-back.
