    I applied online to a posting and received a phone call a few weeks later. First interview was with 2 senior mechanical engineers. Second interview was with the same two plus another senior mechanical engineer and a project manager (who is also a mechanical engineer).

    • Nothing unexpected. They asked reasonnable technical questions; affinity laws, PV=nRT, static loading on a beam. Otherwise the questions were to gauge my personality to see if I'd be a good fit.   Answer Question

    15 minutes after second interview, they made an offer at the table, which I refused. They met my demand by email the nest day.

    • They will ask you technical questions, especially when you interview with the managers or the client, however the questions are not super hard if you have basic knowledge. The rest of the interview is just to gauge your personality and how well you work in teams.   Answer Question

    Phone interview with offshore process manager. Experience with offshore process. Answered questions on previous experience with offshore technologies, GBS design, etc. Talked about the current position being offered in terms of client, expectations, likely area of work, likely project duration, etc. Talked about project team, work environment, houston, etc.
