Mechanical Project Engineer Interview

Mechanical Project Engineer
Phoenix, AZ

I applied through a recruiter and the process took 7 weeks - interviewed at WorleyParsons in April 2011.

Interview Details – The interview process can be very rigid. Eventually you will talk with the people you will be working for or with. Be very straight forward with your experience strengths and weakness and let them know that performing something new is an exciting challenge.

Interview Question – The most difficult question was how your experience fits to the requirements of the job.   View Answer

Negotiation Details – Negotiate with the people you will be working for BEFORE getting into the HR negotiations. HR has no sense of your value.
