Interviewed May 2008 (took 8 weeks)
The whole process took a very long time and had I received another offer in between time, I woudl not have gone to work for WorleyParsons - I did really want this particular job, so I put up with it. The recruiting person was very efficient, but once the management took over, everything dragged out and I had 3 interviews over about three weeks, then was made to wait another 5 weeks before I received a definite offer.

Negotiation Details
I negotiated with the recruiter and was able to reach a comprimise between what I originally wanted and what the company wanted to pay - all in all about within 10% of my initial asking salary.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed & hired as a temp; subsequently made permanent (3 months). Had freedom to prove my worth. Culture: work hard (well over 40+ hrs), weekends & long nights. Corporate & Projects at top of hierarchy and quick to let you know.
