Interview Question for Inside Claims Representative at Farmers Group:

I said I would have to weigh the offer because I have two children and am fairly committed to my current city. But I would consider moving depending on the offer. (Honest Answer).

This was I believe where I failed to get the job. I am sure there are plenty of recent college graduates who would move ANYWHERE to advance their job. I should have said "Absolutely, I would move my family across the country if it meant a batter future." Which would have been a total lie but what he wanted to hear. Remember that an interviewer is not looking to find out about who you really are. He wants to hear what he wants to hear.
