Interviewed Nov 2011 in Seattle, WA (took 3 weeks)
HR called for a phone interview. Then sets up a group interview for the following week. the interview was at the Seattle office. Group interview consisted of 6 people. Only one of the six was prepared. The rest had no idea what position I had applied for. The interview lasted for a little over an hour. Never heard anything back from them. Sent them a thank you email and two weeks later a follow up email on an update on the position. Nothing back. Very unprofessional and disappointed in the company.

Interviewed May 2009 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
Telephone interview with the person that I would be reporting to
Than face-to-face with HR and people I will be working for/with
The were running over an hour late, and I almost walked out as it was very rude and completely not professional or acceptable. But I didn't.
The interviews didn't last long, and offer came about 1 week after.

Interviewed Mar 2008 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
Received initial communication over phone from HR department to set up an in-person interview in Chicago for the position. I was referred internally, so I was put on the fast track for 1:1 interviews.
Onsite interview consisted of meeting with 7 different individuals. Two HR representatives, an Account Director, two Account Executives from the prospective account team I would joining, a Senior Account Executive, the VP and once again with the HR Department.
The interview process was fairly relaxed and comfortable. Mostly a discussion regarding my background and skill set - also why I wanted to join Wunderman and what I could bring to the table as an employee. No horror stories or uncomfortable situations. One of the better interview experiences I have gone through.

There was not a negotiation phase with regards to salary. Upon hesitation of the initial salary offer, the HR representatives offered to give a stipend of relocation money for my quick move into Chicago from out of town (8 days after offer).

Interviewed May 2009 in Chicago, IL (took 1 week)
The process was very nice. The women (2) I met with were both sincere and easy to talk to. One thing I picked up was that they don't like "I statements" as in "I did this" or "I did that", which makes for a bit of a challenge when you're trying to talk about yourself. Interesting place and good people. I didn't like the clients they served, which is why I didn't pursue it.

Interviewed Jul 2007 (took 3 weeks)
Overall, the process could be described as "hurry up and wait". I moved to a new city and attended a recruiting mixer hosted by Wunderman. It was a bit overwhelming because you didn't know who the point of contact was for what position posted online, so I had to try and get around and speak to everyone. I met 2 managers who I scheduled follow up interviews with. The 1:1 went well and I learned the same day that the manager was hoping to give me an offer. It was weeks waiting to here back from the recruiter. In fact, the manager actually emailed me to ensure I was still interested in the position and I had to tell her that I hadn't received an official offer yet. Akward!

Negotiation Details
After receiving an offer I explained that I was anticipating the salary to be a bit higher. When I asked about negotiating, I was flatly told by the company recruiter that it was a non-negotiable offer.
My recommendation is to speak directly to the manager for the position and set expectations in advance of the recruiter.
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.
