Interviewed Jun 2011 in Charleston, SC (took 2 weeks)
I had already applied for another position and was not hired and the sales manager recommended me to the Marketing manager. It was very informal and pleasant. I was told it was fulltime and seasonal but I would get full benefits. Turned out they were wrong. I won't get benefits until I become permanent, if they decide to keep me after the season.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Honolulu, HI (took 1 week)
It was by far the easiest I had experienced. You will get an offer on the spot on your first interview. I just had to wait for my background check and drug test. That took a few more days because the samples had to be tested in a lab from out of state. Also I am from out of state so my background check took awhile.
