Interviewed Apr 2010 in San Antonio, TX (took a day)
I am from Missouri, and they never had someone from out of state go for this position, so they did a phone interview with me. I met with a guy, he did a 20 minute interview, and because I was from so far away and leaving the next day he had me do my 2nd interview with his boss

Interviewed Sep 2008 (took 3 days)
Required to interview individually with everyone in sales management at that location(in my case there were three people to interview with) Very casual interview with informal questions and dialogue to see if I am capable of the kind of sales they do. No emphasis on college-or in my case lack of college degree. Be prepared to sell them on why you should be hired and be put on the spot with hypothetical scenarios

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Las Vegas, NV (took a day)
After submitting a resume online I was invited to the career night. I expected to hear what the job entitled and how much it paid to decide whether to apply or not. It turned out that the recruiter was handing out applications to fill out first. Everyone who walked in filled an app without knowing even how much the job paid. I waited until the actual presentation was over.
At the presentation it turned out that this job was for phone upgrades department. Wyndham stopped paying draw plus commission. It was commission only starting at 4%. Bonuses started at $85,000.00
The recruiter and the head of sales didn't agree on whether there was more compensation involved than just straight commission.
After filling out the paperwork I sneaked into their phone room where everybody worked to see what it looked like. I seemed half empty.
