Interviewed Jan 2011 in Parsippany, NJ (took a day)
The interview process took about 3-4 hours. I was interviewed by 5 people in the division in turn. Questions were mostly standard. Tell me about yourself, education, experience, etc... The interview process felt a bit cold, formal, sterile. There was no technical interview. When I left the interview, I was told the interview process would go on for at least 3 weeks. So they interview a lot of people for any given position.

Interviewed Sep 2009 (took a day)
The majority of the interview went well until salary requirements were discussed. I requested more information on the position before discussing salary. I felt the interviewer lost interest at that point and the call ended shortly after. I will be better prepared to have, at least, a salary range if asked what my requirements are for a given position. Research, research, research...

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Parsippany, NJ (took 4+ weeks)
I did a "pre-interview" with someone from staffing at my college. She was very friendly and told me to look out for when they post their positions on their website. A month later, the internship positions were posted online, and I applied for the internship I wanted. After two weeks, I got a call from the lady who interviewed me on campus to come in for a 1:1 interview in Parsippany. I had one 15 minute interview with a recruiter and two 30 minute interviews with managers. Very straight-forward and easy. Good work culture, people are friendly and passionate about company, overall.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Lake Buena Vista, FL (took 4 days)
The phone interview was conducted by an office assistant who transcribed my answers. The questions were pretty standard: "Describe a scenario where you were challenged in your last job", "Describe a situation where you faced a disgruntled customer", "Describe a scenario where you had to learn a new skill set on the job".
The one-on-one interview was conducted by the manager of the department. It was more of a conversation than an interview. We talked about things we had in common, the weather, and then got into details about the job. He described the traffic of customers based on the night and the season. He explained the hours and the need for open availability.
Once the interview was concluded the manager said I'd be hearing from them soon and they called me on my drive home to offer me the position pending a drug test taken that day.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Garden Grove, CA (took a day)
Interviewing process was simple, they hire almost anyone, including a lot of high school students looking for part-time work. There wasn't really an interview; you just fill out an app and they call you in a few days to schedule a short 2 hour group training. Simple job, and if you work hard, potential to make decent bonuses via appointment setting. But, they lay off people just as quickly as they hire people if you're not a phone person.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Parsippany, NJ (took a day)
After an initial discussion with the HR representative, I was asked to come in for a 1:1 interview. The process from applying and to the first call was about 2 weeks. My 1:1 took several hours and went on between 3 different managers. The interviewing was informational, professional, and somewhat relaxed.
In the next week, HR called me back to inform me I was their top candidate.

I used glassdoor for salary info which was correct. I knew what I was getting based on the info provided since I did my research before applying. HR described my salary and benefits over the phone, which I fully had expected anyway. The time frame from the interview to offer letter was about 3 weeks.
