Interviewed Sep 2009 (took a day)
The majority of the interview went well until salary requirements were discussed. I requested more information on the position before discussing salary. I felt the interviewer lost interest at that point and the call ended shortly after. I will be better prepared to have, at least, a salary range if asked what my requirements are for a given position. Research, research, research...

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Lake Buena Vista, FL (took 4 days)
The phone interview was conducted by an office assistant who transcribed my answers. The questions were pretty standard: "Describe a scenario where you were challenged in your last job", "Describe a situation where you faced a disgruntled customer", "Describe a scenario where you had to learn a new skill set on the job".
The one-on-one interview was conducted by the manager of the department. It was more of a conversation than an interview. We talked about things we had in common, the weather, and then got into details about the job. He described the traffic of customers based on the night and the season. He explained the hours and the need for open availability.
Once the interview was concluded the manager said I'd be hearing from them soon and they called me on my drive home to offer me the position pending a drug test taken that day.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Garden Grove, CA (took a day)
Interviewing process was simple, they hire almost anyone, including a lot of high school students looking for part-time work. There wasn't really an interview; you just fill out an app and they call you in a few days to schedule a short 2 hour group training. Simple job, and if you work hard, potential to make decent bonuses via appointment setting. But, they lay off people just as quickly as they hire people if you're not a phone person.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Parsippany, NJ (took a day)
After an initial discussion with the HR representative, I was asked to come in for a 1:1 interview. The process from applying and to the first call was about 2 weeks. My 1:1 took several hours and went on between 3 different managers. The interviewing was informational, professional, and somewhat relaxed.
In the next week, HR called me back to inform me I was their top candidate.

I used glassdoor for salary info which was correct. I knew what I was getting based on the info provided since I did my research before applying. HR described my salary and benefits over the phone, which I fully had expected anyway. The time frame from the interview to offer letter was about 3 weeks.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Parsippany, NJ (took a day)
First, the HR recruiter called me and we had an informal phone interview that lasted about 20 minutes. She asked me why I am interested in the job, what relevant work experience I have had, and about my educational background. She then told me more about the position and how much it pays. She then scheduled me for an in-person interview for the following week.
When I arrived at the interview I was met by another HR recruiter/staffing specialist. He was very friendly and outgoing. He interviewed me for 30 minutes. Then he took me to meet the VP of sustainability. She was not as friendly. She seemed very unprepared, as if she didn't know that I was coming in for the interview. She took 5 minutes to pull up my resume on her computer and then asked em a few questions, but did not even look at me! She looked at the computer the entire time and gave the impression that she was in a rush and too busy to be meeting with me. This meeting lasted about 10 minutes. She then passed me off to another member of the sustainability department for an interview. This was a brief interview, lasting another 10 minutes. My final interview was with another member of the sustainability department. This was the most in-depth interview and it lasted about 30 minutes.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Phoenix, AZ (took 4 days)
Telephone call interview from an assistant in the Human Resources Department. Consisted of approximately 10 questions and lasted for about a half hour. Was told they would follow up next either by department head or be notified via e-mail. I was notified via e-mail a couple of days later that another applicant was selected.

Interviewed Jun 2009 in Portland, ME (took a day)
Interview was with two people, the Banquet Manager and the Food and Beverage Manager. Mostly, it was a description of the job duties and an overview of the company itself. There were a couple basic questions that were considered a requirement of Human Resources. They simply asked what I didn't like about past managers, and what former co-workers would say about me. It was very informal and wasn't much of a test. It was more like a conversation. The benefits were significant, including little perks such as free rooms during bad weather, and free drinks.
