Interviewed Dec 2009 (took a day)
I submitted a resume and recieved a call back in regard to it several days later. The Regional Sales Manager and I chit chatted on the phone and he asked if I wanted to come in for an in-person interview. It was a very informal interview just covering the typical questions.

Interviewed Aug 2009 (took 1 week)
The interview process I went through was very quick and pleasant. I had an HR phone screen, hiring manager phone interview and an in person phone interview with the manager and several members of the team. I was surprised to get an answer so fast. The offer was generous and I accepted right away.

Interviewed Dec 2008 in Saginaw, MI (took 3 days)
I was interviewed by two employees of XO, both were very professional and also very friendly. The impression of the work environment there was extremely favorable. The interview was difficult in a good way - they asked questions to make sure I knew the area I claimed experience in. There was an oral test as well as a written test, wherein they asked me to point out errors in code examples, or to write new code. In the end I did not receive the job, as I did not know a programming language necessary for the position, but I actually enjoyed the interview, and if I get the chance to apply there again, I will do so.
