Interviewed Apr 2010 in El Segundo, CA (took a day)
I was initially recruited by an outside staffing agency. They set up the meeting with the head of marketing. The interview process for me was extremely brief and informal. I had a great rapport with the hiring manager and was immediately offered the position. The interview was very straight-to-the-point in order to determine if I would be a good fit based on my experiences and skillset.
Negotiation Details
I was unable to negotiate, since the position's salary had been capped by upper management. I was offered the maximum budgeted, and accepted.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
