They send you a list of offerings, speak marvels of the company and set a telephone interview. Then, depending on Jit's availability, a face to face interview is scheduled up to when the guy actually is in the country you are being hired, or someplace nearby you can fly to.

Not much, as they are sponsoring they say that used contract is supported by law.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
