Interviewed Jul 2008 in Chennai (India) (took 4 days)
If you are at different location from where the interview is happening they will go with first round of interview through phone and the second level would be face to face and third level would be from client (based on projects) and fourth level would be from HR. If we could pass all these levels other than HR with good scoring the Package negotiation would be in favoured of you.
