Interviewed Feb 2010 in Portland, OR (took 2 months)
I was initially approached by a Xerox corporate recruiter. I then interviewed via phone with the hiring manager who provided specific information on the job description. The next step was a 1:1 interview with the local sales manager. After the 1:1 I spoke again with the hiring manager who in turn sent me an offer letter. I turned down the initial offer and negotiated a higher base.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Wilsonville, OR (took a day)
Screening interview consisted of basic engineering questions, relating to stress strain curves and related equations mostly. I was also asked a bunch of questions about successes, failures, working on a team, a time when a member on a team wasn't performing, etc. At the end of the interview, he asked a problem solving question about a rope and a clock. It was a good question that I didn't have the "correct" answer for, but the "correct" answer doesn't seem like a great one. Mine was better actually.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Wilsonville, OR (took 4+ weeks)
The phone interview was fun and easy. It was a one on one interview, with the standard initial interview questions and a few basic technical questions. Really simple engineering concept questions.
They invited me for an interview day that consisted of 5 one on one interviews each an hour long, plus a lunch break. The one on ones were very challenging, almost completely technical questions except for the last one. All of the interviewers were friendly and helpfull, but definitely demanding. It helped that I prepared ahead of time!

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Portland, OR (took 2 weeks)
Very simple interview. One of the hiring managers expressed interest in my resume and forwarded my resume to a manager in Oregon. They gave me a call and set up an interview. It was 1/2 hour phone interview consisting mostly of behavioral questions. They were interested in my technical skills like if I ever built a robot, etc.
- In giving an offer, they sent me a packet of information
- The paper that they sent me an offer is very nice.
- Manager called me a couple of times to make sure that I got the offer. Got a call from the HR department at the Headquarters making sure that I got an offer.
- Very flexible in interviewing timings as well.
- Overall, a great interviewer, a good process
