    Interview Details

    Initial interview with the Human Resources Manager for primary screening, which is followed by telephone discussion with the hiring manager. This is followed by face to face interview with the hiring manager. Interviews are purely on the subject of the role they are looking for, past experiences in related markets and industries and how you fit into the role.

    telephonic and then personal. And then background check was done. There was a written test as well. After which 1:1 interview happened. There was an interview scheduled with the client managers.

    Interview Details

    Many Technical Rounds followed by HR Rounds.
    Recruitment Process is completely Broken. They will come with new offer every day and there are no ethics or commitments made on previous offer. So your next offer can be much lower than previous one and so on.All the interest is in saving few pennies and commitments/Ethics and Candiate are taken for a ride. It Can be X today, X+2 tomorrow and X-2 day After tomorrow. Think 10 times before you think of joining.

    I connected with the recruiter on linkedin and was invited for a interview. The interviewer was highly technical and very sharp and still very humble and polite. Questions on the current project architecture and the technologies used in it. reasons for choice of particular technology, authentication, RIA, design, risks, database queries basically all the technical aspects of a software product

    Hiring process included the following activities
    1. Aptitude test
    2. Technical test
    3. Group Discussion
    4. Technical Interview
    5. HR Interview

    The Aptitude test and the Technical test were conducted online in our college.
    After the result of these tests, Group Discussions were conducted in a group of 8 students.
    Group Discussion topics were very good.

    For the interviews, the shortlisted students were asked to visit Xoriant, Pune a month later.

    Aptitude test is easy.But there are programming questions. You can program in any language.
    If you get selected you go for GD. GD is normal, just present the points about the topic.
    In technical round they mostly ask java and data structures. Know your CV very well as they ask whatever you have written there.

    I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Xoriant in October 2014.

    Interview Details

    First round was GD.Then Aptitude test.Aptitude tast consist of 7 sections.In each section there were 5 questions.Topics covered were Quantitative maths,Java,Database,Networking,Logical reasoning.6 and 7 section were Programs.After aptitude test there was a face to face technical interview. HR round and then Manager round.Entire process takes 2 weeks.

    Firstly aptitude test which is followed by GD then tech Interview then finaly HR round.. In Aptitude you have to study everything all kinds of questions are expected(Analytical,numerical,verbal etc) you are given %) questions and have to slove within 50 mins but dont wory 20-25marks is the cutoff ..if you crack Apti you move on to GD round (here topics are related to current affairs such as SmartPhones. FIFA, NaMo etc)..Now Tech Interview (OOPS concepts)..HR (General questions),, All the best!

    FIRST ROUND IS A TECHNICAL DISCUSSION BY A TEAM LEAD. Then there is a discussion by the Project lead. Questions are mostly based on JAVASCRIPT and JQUERY. Then the HR lead will verify all your setails and background. Then a final F2F HR Round where compensation is fixed.
