Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 2 days)
3 steps process of the entire interview cycle. First, go into the office for a forty five minute written test. You don't get to talk to anybody for this first step. The written test consists of 2 technical questions, pretty simple, typical tech questions you would expect for interview. If you score okay, then you can a call back for a second in-person interview, talking to one of their engineers. They ask you more algorithm questions for this step (for ~45 minutes). You get a tour of the office as well. Third round is a pair programming interview process. You sit side-by-side with one of their senior engineer, coding together in an IDE, which is similar to their day-to-day pair programming experience (which can be a bit intimidating in an interview setting).

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took a day)
Interviewer was very young, said he joined the company about 2 years ago. Had a tour of the floor and different areas in the office. Very open area and lots of young developers, lounge/entertaining area is pretty nice with games and TVs. Interview started out with discussion of my background. Then the person explained their development practices and process. They do practice pair programming with some agile development component. Next are the technical questions with 2 white board questions. First is on manipulation of linked list. Second is finding the missing number in a sorted array with numbers within a range.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took a day)
It was surprisingly a very intense interview process for a 16 month intern. They had three phases in the entire interview process. 1st phase involved technical testing on paper. If one passed the 1st phase, 2nd phase of interview involved a "top-code" interview which involved your knowledge about algorithms and once you passed this, the final interview would be based on your knowledge of software architectures. Process limited to only Phase 1 for a 4 month intern for the same position. The interviewer was very friendly. They had a very positive environment and I would have surely liked to work there. Why I didn't get a call back for the second interview was due to my lack of knowledge on implementing linked lists.
