I was simply asked about my experiences relevant to the position, and whether I had knowledge of social science data reporting and techniques. The staff is inviting and friendly and eager to have assistance since like most non-profits, resources are low for the work they do.

    Had a phone interview just to help ween out the over 200 applications. Recieved a in person interview a few weeks later. Was one of a few narrowed down from 200. Interviews were spread out over a few days.

    I applied online and got a phone call for interview after two weeks. The guy interviewed me was very nice. He asked me about myself. What do you know about YMCA. Then asked questions based on my resume. The interview was relatively quick, about 15 minutes at most. After the interview, he also gave me a quick tour in YMCA.
