Interviewed Dec 2010 (took a day)
The interview was very relaxed. If you are interviewing for the sales department all they care about is if you are a cut throat, aggressive salesperson. If you can convince them you are a shark you will definitely be hired. They tend to overhire because of the high turnover rate. Most if not all supvervisors and employees only have a high school diploma and the interview will reflect that, its nothing complicated.

Negotiation Details
No negotiating, you start out at $11.00 plus commission. Commission is only good if you hit the top tier, other than that you may only end up making $12.00-$14.00 an hour. Benefits are not good, very expensive.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
