Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 2 weeks)
The process was crazy. One of the interviewers was very cold and had nothing but negative things to say about the position. It was clear they wanted to hire someone young and right out of college.

Interviewed Sep 2008 (took 1 week)
The interview was very typical - talk about your background, talk about why you are interested in food, assure you understand the demands of the job. The culture seemed very fast and the pay seemed to negatively correlate to the job being asked of the candidates. They offered a salary, but adjusted your salary to an hourly rate that assured you would have to work 50 hours in a week to hit your salary. It did not seem like a good deal.

My first interview was at my school and all other rounds were conducted at their offices in Irvine. Taco bell seems like a great company to work for, however, I did not make it past the first interview.
