I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Yahoo in July 2012.

Interview Details – I applied on yahoo website, after a week they send me mail asking for the telephonic interview. Team leader called me for telephonic interview. basically he asked my work experience. After one week they called me for the interview it was pannel interview. All the questions were basic questions no technical questions.
