Interview Details – Initial communication was through HR. HR did a first round of screening with some template questions on my background. Next phone screen was with the hiring manager. The conversation was technical/problem solving leading to solving hypothetical problems, trying to gauge how I thought "out of the box".
In person interviews consisted of 6-7 folks ranging from technical questions, problem solving on the board, designing solutions, coding problems as well as personality fit.
The follow up call from HR was in 2 days with an offer.

  • How would you gauge yourself in 12 months in terms of accomplishment at Yahoo? What if you did not meet your personal expectations?   Answer Question
