Interviewed Mar 2008 in Sunnyvale, CA (took 2 days)

The recruiter who replied to my resume submission was professional and high-energy. The phone screen with the hiring manager was positive and the questions were relevant. I felt welcomed when I arrived for the interview. However, the interview was low-energy. Two of the three people with whom I spoke didn't seem to know what to ask. One left before our 45 minutes were up and left me alone in the room for at least 15 minutes. The experience was uncomfortable. After the interview, I was pretty sure we didn't hit it off and I wasn't expecting an offer. The recruiter took a couple of WEEKS to get back to me and say that they were going with another candidate.
