Be yourself. The most obvious thing in a group presentation is when you try to fake it or be somebody you're not.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Sunnyvale, CA (took a day)
I got a call from Yahoo through a recruiter & it was a Contract Position.
Initially I got a call to know just basic information about myself and then they scheduled a telephonic interview after couple of days.
I was asked question mainly on js and js libraries and few on css.
I screwed up big time in that interview as few of my fundamentals were not clear.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Sunnyvale, CA (took 2+ weeks)
This was by far the best interview experience I had. I did two short phone interview which went pretty good, no weired questions, all fundamental and basic questions. Then I was invited for an onsite interview which was very well organized. The campus looks really nice, everything is so relaxed, and the interviewers are quite friendly. Questions are not too difficult, but definitely open ended and broad.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Sunnyvale, CA (took 4+ weeks)
I submitted my resume online through Yahoo's career site under the university section. This is one of the few places where I submitted my resume online without knowing any one at the company and heard back.
Within 10 days, I received a phone call to schedule a phone interview time.
After that, I have 3 phone interviews in a matter of a couple of weeks.
Everyone I interacted with at Yahoo was pleasant and responded in a very timely manner.
After my last phone interview, I received an offer within a couple of days.
It seemed like all of the interviewers had actually talked a bit with each other about what I had discussed with them which was nice because I didn't feel like I was giving the same interview over and over again.
Questions were pretty straight forward and were mostly aimed and figuring out how my experiences would be relevant to the position.
The last interview was a bit more focused on behavioral questions aimed at understanding how I work within a group setting but also about what kind of management style I prefer.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Sunnyvale, CA (took 4 weeks)
Very smart people almost everywhere, but it was very clear that the organization is very much fragmented and not operating under common metrics or goals. 50% of the time was about making sure I was the right person for the job, 50% was about selling the company to me as the company has such a poor external reputation. After meeting so many smart people I got energized, hoping (like many others that interviewed me) that the CEO would leave sooner than later.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Sunnyvale, CA (took 1 week)
The initial phone interviews with the recruiting team was a pleasant and easy process for me. I went through two phone interviews with the recruiting team, and the had an interview with the actual hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager did not go well on my part, as I started to fumble with my words and suddenly became blank. I would have appreciated if the interviewer had allowed me to take a breather and calm myself down, but was rushed at the end.
