Sales Development Representative at Yammer

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Apr 2012 – Reviewed May 30, 2012

Interview Details – Had a phone interview with one of the recruiters, and was contacted about 2.5 weeks later to come on-site for the next round of interviews. On-site interview went very smooth, and consisted of meeting with the recruiter and various members of different levels of the sales team. Office was very active and open, with dogs running around. On-site interview lasted just under two hours. Was contacted via phone two days later by recruiter with their decision.

Sales Development Representative at Yammer

No Offer – Interviewed in Apr 2012 – Reviewed Apr 29, 2012

Interview Details – I was introduced to the Sales manager, and they set up a phone interview very quickly. They were extremely friendly and that calmed my nerves throughout the call. However, we realized that it wasn't a great mutual fit, and that was that.

Through my research, they seem like they're doing really great, and I've heard great things about their culture as well. Best of luck to them.

Interview Question – Why sales? (I had no prior sales experience)   Answer Question
