Reached out through their website with CV/Resume - Sales manager sent me an email asking me which SAP modules I knew about and felt most comfortable with - Of course I stated in detail me experience with all the ones YASH provides as their service, then no response.

I got this email from HR for the position through a search of resumes in a job portal.
Applied through email and had a personal call with the HR guy.
Interview by the DH was scheduled.
The DH said I am the first candidate in last 8 to have passed his round. I was elated and thanked him.
But for 3-4 days did not get any response so I called the HR guy. He said I have been rejected because I can continue in same company and need not move. I was left aghast.
I think the guys in the company need to be more matured and look at values in people. I guess I did make an impact with the DH but probably he saw some reason to decline me.
I asked the HR several times to assist me to contact or have a casual chat with the DH. He also felt that it is not fair as I was actually good.
