Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 2 months)
You would like to think that in our day/time with the omnipresence of social media and a culture that revolves around the internet that the idea of professionalism would be held in a higher regard than it currently does. Yellowbook was shockingly unprofessional during my interview.
I had a screening with a sales rep/recruiter and after a 45 minute discussion I was given the next stages in the process and told I would hear back within two weeks...that was one month and a half ago and I still have yet to hear back even after contacting the recruiter I spoke with! At the very least give a candidate the professional courtesy of either updating them in the process or let them know it is simply not a fit - not too much to ask.
As a job seeker I would have serious reservations about moving forward with this company. Unfortunately there are companies out there that still operate this way and I will definitely spread the word about this company and specifically how poor my experience was.

Interviewed Dec 2010 in King of Prussia, PA (took a day)
I was greeted with a handshake and it was downhill from there. I was immediately take to a conference room and handed a notepad & pen. I was told to answer a rather difficult TreeMap related programming excercise as the interviewer waited for me to finish. I will admit I had done very little preparation for the interview but I figured I wouldn't be asked anything too difficult. I was wrong. After trying my best with the exam I was then interviewed by someone from the DBA group. After feeling completely beaten up with the programming exercise, the DBA continued to hit me with questions and I stumbled over a few. After a few insulting remarks lofted my way, I decided I wanted to get out of there and wouldn't cooperate with his questions. If I ever meet this individual again I will kick his ___. Completely out of line and unprofessional. I met 2 other individuals and they appeared to be nice. I think they could sense I really didn't want to stick around and they took it easy on me. This probably ranks up there as one of my worst interviews of all time and although the lack of preparation was my fault, I really did not like the insults and attitude I received. I was happy to leave and was no longer interested in the position.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Huntsville, AL (took 6 weeks)
All of the people that work at this branch are very nice and upbeat individuals. You will first start by taking a very easy IQ/Skills test. Then you will interview with the a person from your mobile blood drive team and the branch manager. I recommend going in there clean cut positive, and definitely do your research of the company, and ASK QUESTIONS! I had them show me around and their operation. Which they gladly did for over an hour.

Interviewed Dec 2009 (took 3 weeks)
The interview started with an online application followed by a phone interview a week after the application.
the phone interview was a brief conversations asking general questions like, " how did you hear about us, why did you apply, etc." There were no very difficult questions on the phone interview.
The second interview was a 1:1 with the head manager of the office. This was a "qualifications" type interview. "tell me about your last job, why did you leave, tell me a time where you had to overcome customer objections, whats your sales style, where do you see yourself in 5 years, do you think you hunt for customers or do you like them to come to you, are you willing to work for bonuses based one your performance"
after the interview with the head manager i was interviewed by the second in charge who is more of the sales manager who actually goes into the field with employees. This was a casual "personality" interview. "tell me about you, career goals, how do you handle people, who is your idols, what inspires you." nothing difficult.
the second major interview consisted of a "ride along". This is where i meet a sales representative in the field an rode along with with for a few hours observing the job. during this time we would walk to random business and attempt to set appointments to sell products. we would also meet customers to service existing accounts. this really showed the real job.
the third interview was again with the head manager where is was straight to business and i was offered the job.

Negotiation Details
there was no negotiations at all. base pay for all employees in each level is the same. They justify this because it is up to sales representative to sell products to "earn" their real pay. advice is, do not believe that you will hit all of the bonuses they say there are.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Drug Test.

Phone interview, in person interview. Called back in for a second interview with another manager.
Called back for a ride day in the field with a current rep. The ride day was very informative and answered many of the questions I still had in my head.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Portland, OR (took 1 week)
Basic background checks were performed after a simple phone interview to confirm my interest in the position. After the, presumably, positive results of my background checks, I was invited to the local office for an interview. I was interviewed by two managers who clarified the working conditions and expectations of the position. I was given supplemental paperwork and documentation to further illustrate the job requirements, as well as a short video outlining some corporate benefits and general company information. I was asked to go to a local contracted lab to perform a drug test. Again after the, presumably, positive results of the drug test, I was formally offered the position.

Negotiation Details
No negotiation was necessary and the corporate structure of pay and benefits allows for little to no (positive) changes in salary or compensation, except upon pay grade increases or changes in location.
