Interviewed Jan 2012 in Calgary, AB (Canada) (took 5 days)
The process involved a phone interview with the recruiter to determine suitability. After that I was given an online aptitude test with a focus on Search engine Marketing and Search Engine optimization. After that there was a 1:1 interview with my perspective manager as well as another manager.
Once that was complete there was a background check as well as a reference check. Then the offer was faxed to me for approval and acceptance.

Interviewed Apr 2011 (took a day)
Applied online on their website. A week later got a call to come in for a skills test. The skills test tested for typing speed, Excel knowledge and reasoning (timed by the way). If someone passes, you receive an interview, if not...I guess you go home. I interviewed with two people, one of them being the manager. Did not get many questions actually, maybe 2 or three very basic ones-resume, do you know how to use X, etc...Seems like everything went well. Both interviewers were kind. Office was laid back and casual dress. Waited for a decision almost a week later and was extended an offer which I accepted.

Negotiation Details
I did not negotiate. Title seems different from what I applied for in the end. Pay is higher too. So no need to negotiate.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview and a Skills Test.

Very organized company willing to make sure that you were comfortable. I met with two people, one from the HR department and my potential manager. They asked the typical questions and they are definitely looking for the Type A

Interviewed Sep 2008 (took 2 days)
Recruiter referred to this job. Got interviewed over the phone. Then got interviewed by sales managers. Typical sales interview questions. Did you exceed targets, explain most difficult sale, how did you deal with difficult customer, why you're applying for this job, what are your career goals, how much you wanna make, when can you start.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Chantilly, VA (took 1+ week)
I met with the Sales Manager first and then the General Manager. We talked for about an hour in a conference room. They did not give me any collateral to review (I currently work for a competitor) and seemed a little stiff. The office did not seem very sophisticated in layout or organization.

Reason for Declining
Job was straight commission which meant I would leave my salary (small, but nonetheless a salary) behind. Also this was a regional sales office which meant the career path would be limited. All marketing jobs are at the headquarters. The company does not yet have a website which they charge clients for, so it only a small value added feature for the customers that have bought into a print (dying business) product.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
