Very organized company willing to make sure that you were comfortable. I met with two people, one from the HR department and my potential manager. They asked the typical questions and they are definitely looking for the Type A

Had a phone interview which was very pleasant. Next step is an HR interview, 3rd step is with the Sales Manager on Teams. Fingers crossed on the next couple of interviews.

Interview
Process is aptitude test, then video interview with HR, and final video interview with sales manager. Interviewer was friendly. Base pay is 35k plus uncapped commission. Was asked usual interview questions, tell me about yourself, why should we hire you, what do you think you'll be doing as a sales rep.

It was thorough, rigorous and Competency based. There was an interview with line manager, Area Manager and Human Resources.
Initially a Telephone interview, a face to face and online psychometric tests.
