Interview Details – Basic questioning: Why do you want to work in this position? What are your strengths? Weaknesses? Have you ever sold in a direct channel before? What makes you the best candidate for this position......in other words "why should we choose you"? Why do you want to work in sales? Are you aware that sales is not a 9 to 5 career position? How will you handle this position if your customer needs to contact you after regular business hours?
Interview Question –
A situation occurs like this:
A customer has unfortunately been missed on pick ups 2 days in a row. The customer is very upset and threatens to stop doing business with you.......HOW would you handle this situation and is there any corrective action you would take??

Negotiation Details – Really did not have a "negotiation" it was this is the base, these are the extras such as how to earn bonus, medical, dental vision insurance. Company Car etc.
