Interview Details – They have two programming exercises, the harder one is a programming challenge where you have to place jugglers in their preferred circuits. I spent a few hours programming it and got the correct solution, and you e-mail your solution and resume to the e-mail address based on your answer. The e-mail just goes straight to HR, you don't bypass them. All I got was a disinterested reply saying they'll pass my resume to managers and see if there's any interest. You don't get an automatic interview as the challenge sort of implied. Oh well.
Interview Question – Programming test involving jugglers in circuits. View Answer

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Austin, TX Sep 2012 – Reviewed Sep 26, 2012
Interview Details –
The process was very quick. The Austin office is expanding very rapidly, so they are having luncheons and information sessions for prospective employees.
I went to a luncheon, shadowed a sales rep to see if I was interested in the position, and then came back the next day for my final interview. Everyone there is really friendly!
My interview did not last long, some may take longer. They are very particular abut making sure you are a right for the environment and atmosphere.
I was offered the job right away.

Interview Details – I applied through a job search engine, quickly received a call from a recruiter, went through a sample call and scheduled me to come in for an interview. Recruiter did mention that it was low base - high commission, but they start at $20k, just to let everyone know.
Interview Question – Fairly standard questions about inside sales, call volumes, rejection handling, etc. They also sit you down with a current employee to listen to calls, so you can see how scripted they really are. Answer Question
Reason for Declining – I had other offers on the table that were closer to what I wanted to do.

Interview Details – I first did a phone interview. Then I went into the office and I met with someone who was of the position I was interviewing for. She showed me around the office and introduced to some people and asked me some questions. Next I was told I would do another phone interview with a hiring person from New York. I did that and all seemed well but then I never heard from them!

No Offer – Interviewed in New York, NY Nov 2011 – Reviewed Feb 6, 2012
Interview Details – The interviewers were not available during the scheduled time. I shadowed an employee for about an hour waiting for management to be available. During that time I was able to determine if I would be a fit or not, also dictated the rest of the interview process. If you are interested in being in a room full of people cold calling and hounding businesses for a quick sale then this would be for you. After you make a sale it gets passed on so there is no availability for upselling your clients. You have to meet your numbers and can not draw on relationships you have already made.
Interview Question – What makes you a sales person? Answer Question
