Interview Details – Submit your resume on craigslist, respond immediately once management contacts you for a PHONE interview and just tell them what they want to hear and you'll have a job on the spot. It doesn't take much to qualify as "Yogurtland material."
Hiring process, they try to rush through paperwork so you don't read what you're signing. They don't give you a handbook because they don't want you to know what's going on so I'd you accept the offer, request one.

Interview Details – Pretty much he just wants to listen to you and figure out if you are a good worker. Don't over think the interview. I interviewed people and all i was looking for was a vibe that he or she is a good person to work with. most people at yogurtland are working their first jobs.

Negotiation Details – Asked you to come in and observe. thats the critical part. if you are down to go in and observe closing and opening it shows that you want the job and you will get it regardless of your experience
