You get a call from a customer who is upset that her bill

  is much higher than the advertised price. She has TV service and Internet service, but no phone service. The "Triple Play" package (which includes landline phone service) is cheaper than the monthly cost of the two services she already has, which are billed separately on her account. How would you keep her as a customer and at the same time finalize the sale of the "Triple Play" package to her?
