You should know the general history of the company and everything about the past few months of news regarding the company. You need to be very polished on financial accounting and corporate finance concepts. Know the 10-K and most recent 10-Q, particularly the financial statements. Be ready for Excel questions, such as how to explain and write a VLOOKUP or SUMIF function.
