It doesn't. You are now over qualified. We can get an offshore resource with a PhD in Economics and Business for 1/5 the cost. The entrepreneurial spirit left HP five years ago when Mark Hurd started to cut the R&D budget. There is none of that around anymore. Try Apple, Google, or VMWare.
