Your company is known for timely deliveries and you have an order due out in 10 mins. and you need something on a top shelf to complete the order that you can not reach, do you: Ship the order without the product? Climb up the shelves to reach it? Take your coworkers ladder that he is using? Or go to another department to borrow an unused ladder to complete the shipment?.
