Interviewed Aug 2011 in Pune (India) (took a day)
There was only one interview for me. It was a mixture of technical and HR. As far as the technical part goes, I was tested for my knowledge of engineering mathematics, probability distribution curves, etc.. For the HR part, I was asked various questions such as 'Why do you think ZS should select you?', 'Why did you choose to apply for ZS?', 'How do you see yourself in the next 10 years?', etc.. I was quite prepared for these questions and answered them as I deemed fit.
It was a thoroughly enriching experience for me. Initially, at the Pre-Placement talk, I was dazzled by the credentials of the delegation from ZS Associates. The manner in which the process of PPT was conducted was very professional and all the aspects were covered in the one and a half hour presentation. Although it was a very serious occasion, the delegation made me feel comfortable and were very encouraging throughout the process. All in all, it was a day whose memories I will cherish throughout my lifetime.

Negotiation Details
There was no negotiation.
My suggestion to others would be:
1)Brush up your intermediate and engineering level mathematics.
2)Keep yourself abreast of current affairs as they are of vital importance to sail through the GD and the Case Study rounds.
3)Improve your Communicative skills.
4)Have an idea about the 'Guesstimate' and learn how to logically approach a given problem.
5)A good statistical approach is essential to provide a convincing solution to the problem stated in the case interviews.
6)Be prepared for all kinds of HR questions.
7)Also, a high level of confidence and enthusiasm are sought after by the company.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Evanston, IL (took 1+ week)
I interviewed on two separate days. The first day consisted of a one-on-one behavioral interview, where we discussed my work history and habits and other standard interview fare. There was also a case-study interview on the first day, and the case was relatively easy. It mostly involved scanning data for errors and offering suggestions for improved process flow. The next day I was invited back for a second round of interviews.
The second round of interviews was about a week or so after the first round, and there were two case-studies, a one-on-one behavioral interview with a principal, a demonstration session, and a one-on-one lunch. The whole process lasted about five hours. The cases in the second round were considerably more difficult, and were apparently fairly representative of the work the company does. I honestly found the cases to be dull, and I did not excel on them. As a result, I did not receive an offer.
I commend ZS for the speed of the process. I received a call the day after the second round with their decision. Everyone I met was friendly and honest about their work. The person who took me to lunch told me that he really did not like his job, which was helpful. I realize that this might sound like sour grapes, but I am fairly certain that even if I had received an offer I would have declined. It seems like really boring and time-consuming work that does not make a positive contribution to the world at large.

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took a day)
I'd applied for their summer internship program this past summer but I wasn't selected because my GPA was < 3.5. I applied for their full time position after i raised my GPA to >3.5 and was invited to interview on campus. spoke to a current associate and principal as well.
Made it to the second/final round on site at their office.
Had two interviews which were fairly straightforward based on case studies that were provided. Waiting to see if I'll get an offer . . .

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 1 week)
Applied online and then got a phone call a couple of weeks later stating that I got accepted for a phone interview. Phone interview was 1:1 where the interviewer sent me some graphs and data tables a few minutes before the interview. The interview mainly consisted of an unstructured case based on the charts. A couple of days later I got an email stating that I was accepted for final round. Final round was at the office which consisted of a case, behavioral interview, presentation by peer and a lunch.
