Two 1:1 intervies, group activity and excel skills test. The people were nice but there were over 30 people interviewing for 10 or less positions. Be prepared to speak up during the group activity and possibly be the first to talk and get other people talking. They are looking for leaders!

Met Manager at a Mall job fair. Filled out application there. Then online had for fill out a personality test and was called a couple days later. Met with the store manager and she loved me. Said I had the Job be had to interview with district manager. Few days I interviewed with her and got the job. Started that week.

When I interviewed all they really wanted to find out was if I was a good talker and good I sale a line and make people believe it even though I knew myself it wasn't true at all. When interviewing you want to dress nice, make sure you are well groomed and that you sit up straight and speak with a clear voice because they want someone that can talk to people.

It was faster than what I thought it would be, it was just an interview with the store manager and I was supposed to wait for the district manager to come but they give me the work right away.

I applied in person at the store. The next week I was called in for an interview. I showed all of the skills needed. I had preivous sales experience and showed that I could close a deal.

The interview was short and sweet, but the hiring process itself took a bit of time. I do not believe it was the acts of corporate, but rather that of the local staff. Questions consisted of things like, "describe to me how you would handle a situation like..." and tell me about the best sale you ever made...
