Interview Details – hiring process at the company seemed very organised. very comprehensive process. HR interview and filling in an application and information form. then a written test where my skills were assessed and then a practical programme work. then interview by a senior team lead, manager and second round of HR. then finally director before the offer is made. then a number of rounds of talking with HR before the join date.

Negotiation Details – yes. ZANEC will pay fair value to the deserving candidates, my advise is dont think about salary, first concentrate on doing the interviews well and once you know you are selected. you can always ask for fair salary and benefits.
