Accepted Offer – Interviewed in New York, NY Sep 2012 – Reviewed Oct 5, 2012
Interview Details – I went to an open call that was listed on craigslist. It was fast, they showed us a video. Asked if we know what inditex is and massimo dutti is. then they took like a quick 30 second interview with everyone. Its just quick, questions like who are you, and what experience do you have and thats basically it. Just remember to SMILE and seem super friendly ad you will get a call back. The guy said they should call within 5 days, got a call 7 days later. Now I never answer my phone, and they dont leave messages. I actually called back and they told me to come for a second interview. Went, it was a group interview, basically went around the room talk about yourself. Asked questions on communication and customer service. Also talked about loss prevention and how to avoid customers from stealing, and the answer is customer service and communication! then we all asked questions, I think this really helped. They said they should be giving a call the next day. They called me the next day. Missed their call, no message, called back. Got the job! Went to fill out paper work. Basically they're gonna process everything, they ALWAYS call references, so make sure you put reliable ones! If things dont go well with references, you do NOT get the job!

Interview Details –
Hiring and Interview process was very quick. :)
Monday: I saw an ad thru the mall's website that Zara is seeking for a cashier and stock associate.
Tuesday: I went to the store and was greeted by one of their associates. I inquire about the job opening and she immediately gave me an application form. I filled it out and handed it back with my resume attached to it. I was told that she will give it later to the hiring manager and that they will call me back afterwards.
I receive a call later that day inviting me for an interview.
Wednesday: Made some research about the company and read reviews (thru Glassdoor) for me to prepare my self and to know more about the company.
Thursday: Meet with the Assistant Manager for an interview. The interview was very casual and i didn't feel intimidated at all. She was very friendly and accommodating. After the interview, she told me that i'll be better of as a sales associate, instead of a cashier and stock associate because of my energy and cheerful personality. She also said that she'll call some of my personal references and will call me back to let me know about the job.

Saturday: Got a call from the Assistant Manager, offering me the job which I gladly accepted then invited me to come in Monday for me to sign some paper works.

Interview Details – I applied by filling in an application at the store. A week later I got a phone call from the manager for an interview. I came wearing all black because their associates usually dress in blacks. The manager was very friendly and took me into her kind of office, I'm not sure if it was her office. She asked basic stuff like previous jobs and expected salary and hours. She talked a lot so I didn't have to do much talking.
