One telephonic round initially after which I was called to the company primises for a face to face interview & was told that I would be paid the to & fro Airfare which I haven yet received, inspite of two weeks having passed by & having been promised that they would be refunded withinn ten working days of the claim submission.

The offer made was horrible. The HR asked the question if you are from any consultancy which was not the case with me. They reduced the offer i guess with my answer as 'No'. The interview process also took entire day for completing 2 rounds which was again pretty slow considering the number of candidates present for the interview. They need to improve on the interview scheduling to ensure that the candidate can complete the interviews within 3 days. Also, they should not call candidates who does not have reference of a consulting firm if they differentiate offer based on it.

The interview process was good , first it was a telephonic not much of in detail technical, then the 1:1 interview was good , the existing minds in the organization are great and having good knowledge of their areas, so think before you speak is the law. The induction process was simpler.
