    Difficult Interview

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zestron (Manassas, VA) in September 2013.

Company is located waaay out in the boondocks of Manassas, Virginia. It's a growing area with nothing around it and the streets I needed to turn on to get there had no signs and my GPS couldn't locate it. Would have been nice if someone had mentioned this beforehand. I was interviewed by someone who obviously had no experience in this area. She had a poor attitude and did not represent her company well. She came across as irritated to have to spend any time on me. I hope this isn't how they treat the people they hire.

    Interview Questions

    • The company has several locations internationally which made me feel a bit more secure as a possible employee. I was asked why I wanted to leave my current company. I replied that I wanted to work for a larger one. She said, "well, we only have about 20 employees here so that wouldn't work for you." I wasn't thinking about just that location and in hindsight she was so snotty I should have gotten up and left right then.   2 Answers
