I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Ziegler in April 2011.
Interview Details – The interview consists of three rounds. First, the elimination of your resume/ application. Second, a phone interview with a HR professional. Then a 1:1 interview with your direct manager. The corporate office was very nice--well furnished and professional. Questions asked were basic behavioral questions, as well as previous experience questions. It took about 2 weeks to get back to me.
