Interviewed Apr 2010 (took 2 months)
I was contact via email after applying to the position through the company website. I received a call from a recruiter that was very nice and pleasant during the phone interview. Questions consisted of my background information listed on my resume as well as various questions about why I looked for a new opportunity. After the phone screen I was notified a week or so later about attending a face to face interview for the position. I interviewed with 4 different interviewers from various areas within HR. After four hours of interviewing I was notified that I would be contacted later after their deliberation.
I did not receive a call or follow up for about a month and a half. I was worried I did not get the position but then I was notified that a decision was made and that I was selected. I submitted to a background check and drug test before I could start my new position. I accepted the offer and started two weeks later.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Warsaw, IN (took a day)
The interview was your typical behavioral interview. They needed a couple of weeks afterwards to process results. The interviewer did not respond to follow up emails after the interview. Additionally I never heard anything from them, despite inquirys.

Intially, 1st round on-campus interview, which was very straight forward and basic. Interviewed Jun 2010 in Warsaw, IN (took 4 days)
I applied online on a Monday and got a call for the phone interview on Thursday. I was asked to pick between two interview slots on different days and scheduled the interview for the one I picked. I was told that the interivew would last about 45 mins.
The HR lady asked me 2 questions - explain your background and what are your salary expectations. She didnt seem to be interested to even listen to me and then to show her my interest in the position I asked her a bunch of questions, which she was able to answer satisfactorily. The interview lasted 15 mins, out of which 10 mins were spent on discussing what I had asked her. I asked her when I can expect the results and she said 2 weeks.
I sent a thank you email and waited for 2 weeks, then sent her an email asking her about the status of the interview and she sent me the standardized reject letter.

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took a day)
Met with HR first. Had to wait 20 minutes for her to arrive. Very nice offices. She was very pleasant. It was a Friday and everyone was dressed casual.
Went on a tour of the factory and everything very clean. People were smiling and seemed to enjoy working there. Have an on-site exercise facility. Next went upstairs and met with the hiring manager. Did not appreciate the constant interruptions by employees during my interview.
She was extremely friendly and the interview was very relaxed and easy. Did not ask any behavioral questions. Was concerned about the drive from my home which was 35 minutes. There was another manager I would report and unfortunately she was on vacation that day.
The interviewer was very upfront about what the job duties and the problems they encountered with the person who had the position. I felt very upbeat about the interview when I left.
I did not receive a job offer due to the face they felt the drive was too far for me.

Interviewed May 2009 (took a day)
Got the email for HR Phone Interview during graduation week, was excited. Gave the interview, it went well, definitely not bad and was told by the HR that they will get back in touch within a week with a definite answer and specifically said "yes or no". after the week went by and no reply I called the HR person, straight to voicemail and left a message. another week went by no answer still so emailed the HR person, no answer. again no answer and i sent in another email no answer. that was the last communication I sent. It's been 1 whole year and couple weeks now...
must be a great company but very bad HR department or atleast the person who interviewed me

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 4+ weeks)
They definitely take their time when they make an offer. Expect to wait 1 - 2 weeks for a decision and then another 2 - 3 weeks before an official offer is made. Phone interview with HR first, then hiring manager. Then I waited a few weeks before the face to face. I had to go twice, but I don't think that's typical (wasn't offered first position, but they wanted me for something different). The interviews themselves weren't bad, low stress, not many technical questions. Be prepared to talk about your education/experience and how it relates to the position.

No process, I was speaking to someone on a speakerphone for 40 minutes without any interaction. Waste of time!
The next time I heard from them was an email basically saying I was not selected, surprise!
